Whoops. Nobody likes a mad kitty. (Thinking of those numbnuts who infamously teased the tiger in the San Francisco zoo.)

You know this is going to crush Joe, right? Thank goodness he's got two British cars. Those will keep him occupied, at the very least.

Don't worry. He won't comprehend it anyway. She's told him many times and he still doesn't get it.

False alarm. He just said connect the input wire to the output wire. I just need to pick the ground wire out of the three and I am good to go.

You gotta love that. The warning light won't go out. OK, then bypass it!

Just put some electrical tape over it. Won't be blinking any more.

You can also use a broomstick under the switch lever to stop a home circuit breaker from tripping.

Sad I missed out Glen... Hope everyone had a good time, I'm missing my PCA family, even if ya are a bunch of misfits....

Just got in from 2hrs of golf lessons.... At least I can swing a club now, and make the ball go generally where I want it... My instructor gave me a 7 Iron and Putter too... Nice guy, I'm going back later this week, and then we will see how things turn out in the Tourney at the convention on friday....

I'm rolling into town late on the 5th, and I will be staying in Norman. Not sure how many nights that week I am in Norman, or if we are on the road... We are at a tradeshow up by Joplin thursday - Sunday... So hopefully Monday, tuesday, or Wednesday evening I can sneak up to your house for a few hours....

Mild case of heatstroke. Arms are starting to tingle, head getting light. At least I got my 50 miles in for the week.

you have to read that stuff in a historical context. being branded a heretic was epidemic for academia. if it was at all possible for the catholic church to accuse descartes of being atheist, they would have, just for the pleasure of watching him burn.

edit: the spanish inquisition was active well into the 18th century and was only abolished about 1812. descartes' danger was real.

I likely will replace the entire computer fairly soon. It amazing how expensive a vacation is. I drove 3,519 miles and used $544.70 worth of gas and that is averaging 24.7 MPG. The hotel bills were a lot more than that.
i have a few AGP video cards. none of them are great. i'd be happy to send you three or four and you can take your pick.

foxes. they kill for pleasure and tear the cat up. they searched for a sadistic cat killer here, in SLC, for about three years before figuring out that some foxes were dismembering neighborhood cats. not one of the cats was eaten.

I kinda got that feeling, especially since we read some stuff from Bertrand Russell (sp?) as an intro to what Descartes was saying. He mentioned what happened to Galileo.
