I had to hire a plumber to replace the lead drains. New sub floor, new tub-shower, new toilet, new walls. I will never do that again.
I just did this about seven years ago due to a water leak, and guess what, same frigging thing happened. The big problem with my house is the subfloor is 1.5 inches thick. If there is a leak that doesn't show on top, by the time the damage is seen it is extensive. I hate tongue and groove flooring, which is what my subfloor is. This time...........plywood.

At least you don't have to hire a plumber .

I found out later that pink toilets are sought after by the gay community now. Mine went in the dumpster at work.

Sweet! A bobcat just walked through the backyard. Very rarely see those. The only picture I got is not very good. I was not quick enough.

LOL! its gotten so bad the last couple of weeks that my wife made me go shooting all day monday. she is getting pretty tired of my melancholy.

oh... the news from work: they allowed students back, didn't tell me, and they won't let hospital employees be the preceptor. no communication. no discussion as to problems. just eliminated $10K of my yearly income for no apparent reason. frankly, it seems like it was retaliation for calling my boss out right before it all came down.

i cannot believe it only just occurred to me that it is retaliation. i was placing the responsibility of the decision on someone else. now i can see that my boss might have made an end-run around that person, straight to corporate and got the whole ball rolling. if that were the truth, and it could be teased out, my boss would be fired. the whole non-retaliation was discussed at the time.

maybe a call or email to corporate HR to ask them about the new 'policy' is in order.

@Rick, hahahahha

Busy watching the game, not too bad, but I thought that the before game entertainment sucked

And I reserve judgement on the anthem, although I liked it, I don't think that the nations anthem should be ....... jigged up for TV. My 2c worth, but heck its not even my anthem, so what do I know!
