Glen, wish I could afford to live in Hawaii for a few years, to relax and just wind down, somewhere remote, would be just lovely, to retire in for a few years.

Really glad that maccas is open 24/7. Munging a chicken bacon delux. I don't know how long since I last had a choc shake. Dogs want to share. Hehehe.

My neighbor just got back from Maui last week. The last time I was there my impression was too many people. He said that very same thing. I guess it is so crowded no one goes there anymore.

Yup, your right. I have maccas maybe once a year. Just to remind me why I don't eat that 5hit. It happened today :-(
It's soaking up the grog, and it was the only place open at 10pm. I'll pay for it in the morn.

Off to the post office to post some stuff home to the son and his GF, clothes sales are on and the prices are just so ridiculous I just can't resist them.

Typical female. My wife goes to buy clothes and she can spend hundreds of dollars and somehow she is saving money.

I go to the store to buy three pair of identical jeans and I am outtta there in 10 minutes. I get my shorts on-line. I need some new shoes but after 20 years Reebok quit making this style. Now I will have to find a new style of shoe. I used to buy 4 pair of the same exact shoe and just replace the worn out ones. Now I will have to do real shoe shopping. Yuck, I keep putting it off because I have shopping.

OK, I do like shopping for tools!

My Google Foo is strong. I managed to scrounge up a pair of the Reebok Classic. They are the right size, but not the 2E wide like I really need. I think can lace them up with new strings and get them to fit. If not the Salvation Army will get a new pair of shoes.

I searched a few months ago and the Reebok Classics were "new and improved" with a horrible ugly style and a stupid tread pattern that would hold on to every speck of dirt. Now the same old style is back!

Ordered a couple of parts for the Rover from somewhere in the United Kingdom. Wonder how long it will take to get here.

I ordered several 6 foot charging cables for my iPhone. They came via slow boat from China. It took 6 weeks and it really did come from some unpronounceable city via the post office.
