I have been working on getting back to my shape from the high school wrestling days just not quite as skinny. I am going more for the tone I had. I came a long way since treatment though. Abs started showing again, just a couple more months and I will be there.

Hubs has lost a bunch of weight recently. It makes me sick how easy it is for him and how he lucked out with a naturally muscular physique.
He's doing it to stick it to the military. They told him he needs to be 179 at 6'. He has never been lighter than 192 and he was deathly looking when he was. So to prove a point he's going to get down to his military suggested weight.

179 at 6' is thin, my best friend is 6'1" and about 183 and he is thin (concrete finisher - busts his a$$ everyday). I am 170 at 5'10" and I am pretty thin now. I am shooting for 160-165. It's coming off slower as I get close to that because I am also building muscle back up. At the end of my treatment I was up at 200 due to the prednisone. That came off fast down to about 180 and then worked on it from their. High School I was 120-125 with a 3% body fat. I don't want to get anywhere close to that, I just want the tone I had. I am all around more muscular than I was then so my target weight should give me that same definition.

Back when the world was black & white and I was in high school I was 5' 11 & 1/2 so a tiny bit under 6 ft. I weighed 160. I was skinny for sure.

I beat all of y'all. I was 85 to 90 pounds at 5'5" when I was in high school. It sucked. I ate like a horse and couldn't gain a pound. I even drank Ensure at every meal for about 3 months to try and put on weight, didn't work. My dorm had a party for me my freshman year when I hit 100 pounds. Oh the cruel irony of it all now...

Jeff, it depends on whether you are watching cable, satellite or free to air.

They regularly show soft porn on some of the satellite pay stations, not pay for view ones, but the pay for view ones have hard porn I hear.

But regularly here they are blurring out seemingly innocent stuff, its a bit of a joke, given all the talk of rape and murder that they start showing from 4pm on the news lol
