Glen, trust me, you don't want emus living in your yard. While living in Woomera we had a family of emus adopt our front yard. They make a huge mess and their 5hit 'll trip you up, it's huge, and you'll never get the 5hit stains off your driveway.

And the buggers jump out of the bushes at you when you get home from working a 12hr night shift - scares the living daylights out of you. I swear they run off with a huge grin on their dial and thinking 'got that stupid fcuk again, Bwahahaha'

Mean horrible stinky overgrown chooks!

If you do, you gonna have to find some of that 200mph duct tape.

Get some of whatever they eat, lace it with a liberal amount of acid and grab a camera

I want to raise emus almost as bad as I want to raise Komdo dragons. I was just trying to get that lazy city worker to admit ducks are not allowed to be raised in the city limits. The dummy told me only chickens are not allowed.

Wild ducks that fly off are not the problem. I can't post the description of how bad it smells. Just think real real real bad.

At the old house was a neighbor with 4 dogs. They pooper scooped their yard but just piled it in the corner next to my yard. It was really really bad. Don't know why they didn't just put dispose of the waste in their garbage can. That's what I do. Was able to use our back yard again after they moved away.

In biblical times a reasonable excuse for divorce was your spouse worked at a tannery. They used dog poop for the tanic acid to tan the leather.

One of my single buddies had a nice place. His neighbor had a large dog that the neighbor just let out the front door after he fed him. The dog would come right over to my friends front yard and leave a massive pile. He discussed it with the neighbor and was pretty much told to go away. After that every evening he would go outside with a shovel and flip the crap right onto the roof of the neighbors front porch. By mid summer the front porch had a thick layer of crap on it. He said it really reeked. Anyone that went in or our of the house had to walk through the wall of stink. The neighbors finally moved. Problem solved.

Good Hump day morning!

I worked a site survey in Woomera! Lovely place but, the flies can keep up with the cars below 40mph.

Had me a great Kanga steak there.

Interesting picture Jeff but I have to laugh at the one on the right. She looks like a British soldier around the time of our revolution, You know when they showed up dressed like targets
