I can knock one more thing off my bucket list. I get to meet Tweeze today.

She is very much like I thought she would be but for some reason I thought she would not be as tall as she is.

I am going to store that little tidbit in the back of my mind. A hundred bucks? That's cheap!

I was on your bucket list? Wow! Good meeting you too, Glen! Didn't get a chance to say bye and give you a hug. It was a fun day. And did you think I was gonna be short? I have mentioned several times I am the total opposite of any type of Asian stereotype you can name. First, I am Amazon Asian. Freakishly tall, have a butt, and definitely not petite. I am loud, not soft spoken. Hopefully I didn't scare you.

11 bands, day one... 11 more tomorrow! I've taken well over 1000 pix tonight.

G'day Blokes and Sheilas.

Busy weekend for me. Fixed the light under the bonnet of the 944 (there's a mercury switch in the globe assembly). Fitted a new mixer tap to the kitchen sink. Weeded the yard with round-up, then the back lawn with clover poison. Ran reticulation from my swampy (aircon) overflow into the garden. Cleaned the inside of the tojos headlights (full of red bull-dust) and did a minor repair on its tow-bar. Oh yeah, made some guacamole to have with tacos for dinner tonight.

I was just ready for a little lay down and now the kids have arrived, so that's not going to happen now. I guess I'd better go see my little munchkin. Copulater.

Correction... I took over 2000 pix tonight and probably will take another 1500 tomorrow. Sorting through and editing is going to take forever!

In all fairness, most will never see the light of day. I have the camera set to "continuous high". I can fire off about 12 pix in 3-4 secs. I'll probably end up posting the best 20 from each band. That still will be about 500 pix total.

Now, if I were shooting film....

Okay, revised the estimate once again... Looks like closer to 3000 pix on day one. Probably around 2000 more will be taken today.

Morning Y'all. Well since our TV died and Beth wanted to watch a movie my living room looks like someone was repelling horizontally across the floor with all the wires and cables. I grabbed the sound system from the garage and the big external monitor from the studio and we watched a movie.

Buenos Dias, y'all. It sound like you "Blokes and Sheilas" had interesting days yesterday. Lu and I went to the PCA headquarters for their annual open house. I like their "new" place. I guess they've been in the new facility for a few years now. They had a raffle at the end of the open house and I won a Porsche GT2 steering wheel game controller. It looks like I'll be in the market for an XBOX-360 and some pedals. If I can't get real track time, I can always pretend.

The rain showed up here in Washington. My waterproof army jacket is not so waterproof. I'm soaked head to toe. My boots and oiled leather hat are soaked too.
