looks just like last years, although I have continued to buy ornaments!

Bought quite a few this year, even got a few at the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.

Night Azzy.

I replaced my AAV several years ago. I had to update the bracket as well. I did not know they are now NLA. That sucks. Mine sounded like a crazy Kazoo.

Morning Y'all.
Well we got the tree up, it took all of 30 seconds, I am done with that. Figures when we had a house full of people and stuff we always had a big tree and now that we have the room we have a little tiny tree.
I guess it's better, less for the cats to chew on

Morning, Rick.

We have an artificial tree, too. No sense killing a tree to celebrate the excess consumption holiday.

Mine is plastic too, same as Jim don't think I need to kill a tree to celebrate Christmas.

Time to go outside (brrrrr) to put up Christmasx lights. It is a beautiful sunny morning been outside for about 30 minutes having a cuppa on the porch, in the sun beautiful.

Mrs Carrera sent me into the attic to retrieve the christmas tree. It was 7 feet tall and would break down into components. It was in a bunch of large trash bags. I brought it down and we hauled it to the local charity. They can sell it for a few bucks and it will be used. We had not put it up in several years. No kids or kids coming to visit.

Our fake tree in the condo is quite small. It's kind of a joke. I usually put up 2 or 3 strings of lights on our windows to get the place looking a bit more festive. All in all, set up or tear down takes about 15 minutes.

I cut the branch off a gum tree one year and stuck it in a pot. We then found we had extra special ornaments living in the tree - in the form of red back spiders. Since then we've had a plastic tree. The decorations are not quite as flash as Azzys . A couple of years ago it never even got put up. 'Spose it'll be different this year with the little one being a bit more focused on 'Merry Christma'. I guess we'll have to dig it out tomorrow when she comes over

Just spray those plastic trees with a little pinesol, but not the lemon kind.

Or use a few of those pine tree car air fresheners as ornaments.
