Just busy downloading files.  This is hard work. I have to wake up every 20 minutes and start another file.

Jeff, you are so funny. Makes me giggle.
I ran into a friend of mine from college that I haven't seen in 20 years! Kind of lost touch. Well, not really. It was an abrupt disappearance. She was bulimic. I didn't know until after she left school. One day she didn't come back to the dorms. I found out later from her mom the she tried to commit suicide and had gone to the hospital to get her stomach pumped. She never came back. Her mom packed her stuff and I saw her once after that... When she got out of the hospital. I think she wanted to start over. She didn't keep in touch with anybody. We had some wonderful times together and I hope to be good friends again but I don't know if she wants to stay away from that part of her past. Must be jarring to see someone from that part of your life. |

From my experience with people that have attempted suicide...Dealing with past friends depends on whether they currently feel successful or not.

I have several more (bunches) of files to download at home tonight. I figure 1.6 hours of work at the 5 times faster should equal 8 hours of office time. I can goof off all day tomorrow.

Well I just heard that Virginia's oldest gun carrying sheriff's deputy just retired. Dad figured at 77 it is time to step off the hamster wheel and enjoy life
