I think it's like 650? Consensus is to just do it when you do the clutch, and in the meantime just keep an eye on the oil at the changes and make sure there's not a bunch of metal **** in it. Also you can watch the cam timing with the durametric software and see if the variance is out of spec.

Depending on condition and miles I'd say around 20k. 30k if it's super pristine and low miles.
