My only problem with coffee is that there isn't a way to have an Iv drip bag of it hanging by my bed...

Welp, it is a Monday.

I started on a big print job on Friday. I was going to finish up printing the four 5x8 foot prints today. I knew the order was coming in eventually but it is a university and they had to have a few dozen meeting to figure out what size and how many of each size print they wanted. I ordered a roll of 60 inch wide by 100 foot long roll of paper back in late October. It arrived weeks ago. I went to load it on the printer and the dang roll is wound inside out! WFT.

Really the print side is on the inside. I have never ever seen a roll wound like that. I can't load it on our printer, the paper path is not designed to work that way. Of course our client is expecting to pick up the order today. Now I get to call them and tell them next week. I don't know if out supplier can get us a roll by Wednesday. We are closed on Thursday and Friday and I bet the customer is as well. Oh well. I hope my client is not too upset.

You'd think print medium companies would pull their heads out of their asses.... My parents have switched to a different vinyl supplier for most of their stuff over stupid stuff like that. In most colors they only order a 10yd roll, which all suppliers offer. Some suppliers get 10yd rolls direct from the manufacturers, some try to cut it off the 50yd rolls to save a buck. Well the ones that cut it off must roll it across the warehouse floor because it's always dusty when they do that. Can't have dust on something that goes through the printer. At best it ruins the print, at worst you crash a head!

I talked to the supplier and they are going to send out a new roll no charge FedEx priority. That is gonna cost em. That roll is HEAVY and bulky. I bet the shipping is a couple of hundred bucks. Now I need to figure out some way to re-roll that roll and keep it clean. They don't want it back and I hate to just send it to the landfill.

If I can't re-roll it I will take it to a grade school and let the kids have it to draw on. 10 mill think photo gloss is nice paper. Too nice to just trash it.

Good Monday. We ended up with 12.9" at the house and 10" where we hunt. We were late opening morning because the 4 lane was ice covered in more ice. If I had 4wd I may have tried since it makes it easier to get out of the ditch. We were a couple hours late. We saw lots of cars on the hills spinning in place.

Glen, I wonder if you take that paper to a carpet warehouse if they can put it on one of their machines that they use to measure and re-roll the carpet or sheet vinyl to send to the job site?

Jim, congrats on the sale! One more item checked off the list.

Thanks Brent. Too bad about all that white stuff up your way. That would shut down the DC metro area for a week. Nice game by the Packers. Back on top. The Vikings' stadium was filled with "Go Pack Go!"

I was glad to see them in better form. It would be nice to have a better rounded team. With Rodgers and Nelson they are an excellent team. Missing one of those, they are a really good team. The defense is doing pretty decent though.

I think the white stuff will be gone after Thanksgiving since they are calling for nearly 50* and rain. 1.5" to 2" Wednesday through Thursday. Will make for a messy hunt on Friday. Though we may go back to my cousin's stand for a bit since Em had some luck there Sunday.

We were told Emily has made honors band. First chair trombone. She is playing bass for the pops concert though. 25 or 6 to Four and Crazy Train. She love Crazy Train.

She will appreciate that. She would rather play percussion but she is one of the few at her school that can play a trombone in tune. At least she gets to play bass for a change. I keep insisting she wear a hat in respect to some of the bass players on this board. I was thinking something like King Julian's hat from Penguins of Madagascar.

I could, but then the people behind me would ask to remove it so they could see. That's about it. Of course, if she wears it her teach will kindly tell her to remove it also.

She has played a tambourine with a foot pedal while playing bass. Sounded better than the oven door.

When we were sitting in the blind waiting for a deer for her to shoot at I told her her pant leg was smoking and she said "Great, it was just getting comfortable" If it took putting her pants on fire to get comfortable she must have been cold.
