I had beans once. The cafeteria monitor made me eat them when I was in 8th grade. 5 minutes later they were all over the cafeteria floor. She never made me eat them again.

Jim, have fun in Spain.
Akropovic makes a set of pipes for the Sporty that sound insane....like a hybrid between a HD and a Duc.

The pipes that are on there now aren't ridiculous, but they are pretty loud.

As long as it doesn't sound like a 1972 Chevy with a 125hpp 454, 4" pipes with a cam with bad lobes and retarded timing and missing on 3 cylinders.

My cousin has a 1200 making 140 at the wheel. It isn't horribly loud. It is like an old muscle car. Great fun in a straight line up to 100mph. I think he spent more on the engine than he did on the bike itself.

Spending more on the engine than on the bike won't be hard. After selling off the aftermarket seat that came with it, I'm in it $200 under KBB trade in.

His was new. You got a great deal. They are a great cruiser. We will get worried if you start wearing a spangled wide collar suit though.

Good Tuesday morning. It ain't Monday no more day.

All chaps are arseless. He will need to work on the mustache and get some chains.

It is just not the image I see for him in my mind's eye.

Well. Good Morning to you all.

Gots to be a Macho man?...not that there's anything wrong with that.

As long as you get what I would consider a must-have accessories to go with it!
Wouldn't care if she wore chaps or not.

Richard, those are very expensive accessories. They always seem to want to buy more clothes and jewelry and ather expensive crap that sucks up the budget for the important toys.

Morning all. Accessories like that can't be insured against gravity and old age either.

We got pretty heavy snow overnight. I almost broke out the snowthrower but shoveled it instead. I need the exercise anyway so I helped the neighbor clean her driveway as well.
Looks like we are going to get some low temps later this week.

Good Tuesday all!

Run out side naked, turn around 6 times shouting "I hate this $HIT" I'm betting it will not stop but the neighbors might feel better about it.

We had a little snow. 10* and blowing like mad.

On the accessory, she looks lighter than a ruck sack anyway.

I am similarly nearsighted and only had my dominant eye fixed for distance and left my other nearsighted one alone (commonly called monovision) and my brain automatically makes adjustments between the two. I can drive, shoot, etc. normally and still read and see the computer, car gauges...and I need no glasses.

They said that was an option. My Dominant eye is my left eye, not good for shooting. But right now is is fuzzier due to the hemorrhage stuff so my right eye is being dominant all the time. So guesing that will still be an option when my left eye clears enough for cadillac surgery.

They wanted to do monovision with my contacts. I said no, I can still read normally with both corrected. Sounds like your eyes aren't too bad though. Mine are bad but I can see really well up close without corrective lenses which is great for close up fine work. I switch to glasses for that situation.

10" is not a little snow. That's a ton of snow!
