When I was going regularly to a chiro x-rays showed the work he was doing was opening the spaces the nerves spread out from the spinal cord in my back and neck that were closed up. They were closed up because of sitting at a computer so much. The work he was doing was re-aligning my bask so eventually my muscles would keep it that way. Have less upper back pain episodes between my shoulder blades from sitting at the computer but the main thing I really noticed was my grip strength increased significantly. He said it was because the nerves were opened up.

Going to a chiro was the only thing that would help my Mom with her legs waking her up hurting at night. Tried all kinds of stuff and finally her primary care physician scripted the chiro (which is very unusual). When she relaxed sleeping, after about an hour, her muscles would relax to let her back pinch the nerves going to her legs causing the pain. Had 3 different physical therapists that were telling us the same thing. Exercises they gave her helped, but the chiro's adjustment helped quicker and as the alzheimer's got worse she wouldn't do the exercises unless a physical therapist was making her do them. Basically had to build up her muscles to hold her back in proper alignment even when she was relaxed and sleeping.

When we drove to Burlington, VT one of the roads took us right through a pedestrian mall like area. It was much like the downtown area in Boulder, CO. It had TONS of people walking across the double street wide crosswalk. Driving the car through there was an exercise for the neck looking for people just watching for the pedestrians. It is the intersection of College and Church street in Burlington, VT. Look it up on Google Earth.

I was FORCED to stop and watch as a VERY pretty lady in a NICE sun dress jiggled her way in front of us. I HAD to watch her closely to make sure she had cleared the intersection and did not trip and fall on my car. I guess I should not have mutter WOW and I likely deserved the elbow jab from my wife as I wiped the drool off my lip.

Company I work for put together a Beck speedster with a Porsche motor. Got it because one of my nephews always wanted a speedster. That's why the company got a GT 500 mustang convertible Super Snaked by Shelby, got a Nissan GTR, and spent 130K on that 57 T-bird for my brother.

Talking to my Nephew that is no longer with family business learned my brother bought the T-bird from the company when they sold off all the care he had collected in the companies name. Brother said he sold the T-Bird last month thru Hemings for more than what he bought it for. Don't know how close that was to the original 130K they paid for it.

My Niece and Nephew-in-law that had the funeral home were super nice. While he could still see he was into Mustangs and had a super nice fastback all hot rodded up, but wasn't a Shelby. They funded the city fireworks show every year. Then there was the foster parents thing. After he passed and she sold the funeral home she married a co-worker at the funeral home and he is also a nice guy. He and her son are really into Harley's and doing rides.

Going to build a web page for each of the TurboS and Speedster, then put minimal info ads on autotrader, cars.com, PCA, Hemings that have the cars web site listed for more info. That seems to keep the tire kicker calls to a minimum and bring in the buyers that will give what you are asking.

Have left the page up I did for my 90 928 GT and get an email on it about once a year even though it says sold on the page.

Good Friday morning everyone.

We had 1.4 inches of rain last night. With the rain earlier in the week everything is green again. It was starting to get a little brown and not so green.

Hey! It's Friday!

I don't usually eat breakfast but today I wanted a bagel. Normally, I would just apply butter and be done with it. Not today.

I toasted said bagel and then threw on some smoked turkey, mustard and mayo with salt/pepper. MMM,MMM, GOOD.

Must be the texture of the bagel versus bread.

Yup, that's the excitement of MY life today.

Same here with rain. I still have to mow the widow's yard. I'm probably going to have my daughter help today so I don't over-do strain on my knee.

Our son stayed with the in-laws and is going with them to see the tall ships in a city up north today. It's been unusually quiet here without him.

My FIL is a Vietnam vet and he gets a discount on tickets.

This destroyer is docked in the same town. They are going to tour it while there. http://www.navsource.org/archives/05/946.htm

My son has gotten into building models and he built a couple of ships recently. One is PT109.

I had a couple of car models he put together as well. I have several Porsche ones still in the boxes but he won't be getting those until his skills improve ALOT. I don't think I have ever used an entire tube of glue on 1 model. He doesn't subscribe to the theory of "less is more".
