The receptionist and part owner in the independent shop I take my Porsches to has a Yorkie she keeps with her all the time. ]It's name is Bella and even has a dog bed on the counter that makes up her desk.

Bella always barks and growls at me. She will start growling as soon as she sees me get out of my car. When I walk up to the service window Bella is right there barking and growling. I've tried giving her attention, petting etc, she seems to like it but as soon as she starts to walk away she turns around and restarts barking and growling. The last time I tried petting her she snapped at me, not to make contact, just to warn me. If the let Bella out of the office into the customer area she comes over about a foot from me and just barks. There isn't anyone else that comes into the shop that Bella does this too.

I think part of it is her owner coddles her when this starts growling. And picks her up and holds her when I am around. If Bella goes to the glass door of the office and can't see me she stops.

It is interesting that when she gives me a ride home when I drop my car off, she puts Bella in her dog bed between the seats right next to me and Bella doesn't make a peep. The owner is focused on the car and doesn't do anything or say anything to Bella besides putting her in the dog bed.

I showed my daughter how to take control of Hank when she got home today. It took a couple of times for her to be confident but then he submitted to her. She was amazed at the "trick". Yes, I gave your knuckleheads credit for it.

Now she's gonna have to rub his tummy!

Give him the command "belly up" to rub his tummy. My last dog would say rubber tummy then go belly up.
When he starts showing he likes it. Say "Bang" and belly up while pointing your finger like a gun.
The you can call him and as he is running towards you say bang while pointing your finger and he will fall over dead from a full run landing at your feet. Penny my first dog did that except when she played dead she wagged her tail until I told her dead dogs don't wag their tails. She would say laying on her back with her feet up until I said "Be Healed"

It's fun when they learn part of playing is doing the stuff you tell em to.

yawn. I'm tired and bored. If I was home I head for the hills and work on the 911.

Stress to her it is vital for her to remain calm and assertive and make him behave if he gets out of line. Soon he will figure out how to behave to please his pack leaders. Tell her he is a pack animal and wants more than absolutely anything else to be a part of your pack in good standing.

When I get tired and bored I usually pass outzzz

That's new. held down the z key to make a zzzzzzz instead it popped up the options for ž, ź, or ż. I don't even know any words that have those characters. Have used an é a few times, but thats about it. Always just typed option, e, e to get it. Guess I can start spelling Jalapeño correctly now.

If I use ūber instead of uber do they show up in a BMW or Porsche?

She did better tonight. He goes back for more sots on Friday and he is definitely getting his nails cut. My arms look like I fought with a barbed wire fence and lost.

We had conferences at the schools tonight. Both kids are doing well and are liked by the teachers. Daughter got almost all A's. Son didn't do as well but they told us he is a good student. He just needs to try a bit harder.

When I had my first golden spayed my Vet's wife was also a Vet and did the operation. Pepper never liked women after that, tolerated, but didn't like em.

Okay who has been here. Went to fix a box of Zaratrans dirty rice and someone had not only opened the box but the package inside the box. Have various boxes of different brands of flavored noodles and rice mixes that you mix with browned beef or chicken. The boxes AND pouches inside the boxes have ALL been opened. I know its all dried stuff, but dang it, who opens that kind of stuff and puts it back in the cabinet? Why? Has someone been here that is so stupid they don't know what is in those boxes?

The only people that have stayed here in the last year are brother Bob and my indian nephew Burt. Actually I wouldn't put it past either of them. After my Nephew went home I was missing 2 shirts and a pair of shorts. He sent one of the shirts back after I saw a picture of him of facebook wearing it. It was a t-shirt from one of the 928 gatherings that I designed. I've counted my socks and underwear before and after every time Bob stays here and there are always a couple of pair of each missing.

Turned off my monitored security system after Mom passed because we only used it for the emergency help pendant. May need to turn it back on and add video. Have been getting offers to upgrade my system and turn it back on for $19/month for 12 months. Would be neat to have some kind of electronic dead bolts and automatically open when my phone or RFID tag are close like the door locks I saw at the Apple offices.

Those z are mostly for Czech, Slowakian and Slovenian languages.

I dont know what cars you will see when using ūber, maybe Malaysian.
Try über for German cars instead

Doesn't matter what language those accented z characters are from, I STILL don't know any words that use them.

Who cares if the actual German is ûber, über, ùber, úber, or ūber, because uber is the only one where any cars will actually show up, at least a my house.

One of my friends works as a pilot for a company that has a King Air turboprop airplane. For whatever reason he keeps the relationship with the owners of the airplane and the company 100% professional and 0% personal. When he is on the clock he is paid a flat rate per day for piloting and taking care of the aircraft and his expenses for a hotel room and food. He is OK with all of that and I have no idea what the rate is but he seems to live comfortably. The owners like to fly up to NYC to visit their daughter so he spends a lot of time in NYC. As soon as he lands the owners get on a chopper to go to the hotel that they stay at. The pilot catches a cab. A limo is nicer but that eats into his daily pay.

He always hated messing with a cab and the delays and cost. He started using Uber and loves it. It is cheaper, faster and almost always has someone that is a native New Yorker and knows the area. He can take the time to get the aircraft secured on the ramp and serviced and ready to go. He has to take care of any food or drinks the passengers may want. He will order the catering truck to be there on the scheduled departure time.

Good morning all. Over the hump and on the downhill slide toward the weekend!

Did my best to offer some advice AND try to sell my S. Hope it doesn't get moderator removed, or even better someone sees it and decides they just gotta have my S!
