This isn't weird and is from my bachelor days, but it still is one of my favorites. Canned peas, canned French cut green beans, canned corn, canned carrots, canned red or black beans. Open the cans, spoon helpings out onto a plate and apply a liberal amount of bleu cheese dressing.

Turkey Breast Stir Fry

Turkey breasts are larger and cost 1/3 what Chicken breasts go for so I thought I'd try them out.

Dash of Oyster Sauce and Seasoning Salt.

Two meals from one breast.

It was Yum

Way to hot around here for any real cooking.

Kept it quick and easy. The bakery uses a wood fire. It was sweltering!

I bought this offa Fred Flintstone.

Season with Snider's let sit for an hour. Then about 45 minutes on the Traeger, pedal to the metal, with peppers on for the last 20.

To celebrate a successful re-season of my pan.

Made a Dutch baby this morning for breakfast.

I did that light veggie oil wipe down and a hot oven twice. Then I just started using it. I hate wasting oven heat seasoning.

The coup de grace was putting it into my super hot propane grill, getting it rocket hot and using it to sear a ribeye. I basted with a thyme butter. It Leap frogged the season process several steps.

My Dutch baby fell out of the skillet. Super slick. It’s not jet black either.
