Did you not see my results for the week? I lost 2.6 lbs and worked out according to plan with longer time/jog/walk on Saturday.

OR are you talking about the photo? I just posted it because... no reason.

I am a 10 year Weight Watchers Lifetime member. I follow their plan which is to eat anything I want but watch portion sizes and eat until you are satisfied not full. I also eat a lot of fruit and veggies and I tend to avoid red meat.

I am still under the highest weight level for my size but I am not happy with the fact that I put on 20 pounds and I want to lose this added weight. I liked how I looked at 132. My goal is to get back to that weight.

On track for this week. Worked out yesterday and will workout again tomorrow. Same plan as last week with some added walking after I complete the job/walk portion.

205.4 I am pleased with that number, considering the past three days of homemade Sauerbraten, Red Cabbage, Spaetzle, Bretzen, und Blackerry/Apple Cobbler. Portion control kept it from being a disaster.

Gained 2.4 this week but I was wearing jeans when I weighed in so I know that if I gained it was very little. I also worked out 3 days last week with my longest being on Saturday. So I am still working the plan.

I gained 2+ lb last week, while my foodie and wino friends were staying w/ us. Four dinner parties in 7 days (three here), 2-3 bottles of wine a night, oof.

183.6 lb.

That's not all real weight gain, though, and neither is mossguy's. I didn't eat 7,000 - 11,000 calories over my maintenance in a week. It is partly water and, err, constipation.

Anyway, I've been resetting my metabolism for a few weeks now, so it is back to eating caloric deficits again. Riding my bike to work and holding to 1,300 cal/day.

Down 1.6 lbs but off track. Tried to work out today but felt ill and had to walk after running a mile. Not good.

Good job on the weight loss. I hate feeling crappy on a run and have to be very careful not to let a crappy day turn into a crappy week. Good luck and keep it up.

So... with all things considered a gain of .6 is not bad. Need to get back into activity again.
