Used to go out with a woman from the Ukraine... cute blonde. After three weeks of "three times a day in the sack (on the washing machine, kitchen table and so on)" I finally sat her down and told her that once or twice worked just fine and things slowed down to a nice routine.

She later told me that women in the Ukraine are told that to keep their man happy that they should "keep his balls empty and stomach full" and it sure worked for me.

Course there is a lot more than that but its sure a good start. Am still wondering if I should have married her...

Mary, she is in Kirkland, a civil engineer and she turned 46 last month. 5'3", deep blue eyes (great ones) fake blond (medium brown natural), and crazy.
Thanks. A little worried I'd buy a car from you (while I was married to my ex btw) and then end up dating your crazy ex wife.

Pretty common saying around pool players...that's where I heard it.

Guess I'm lucky. Only got married once, in 1975, and I'm still married. Maybe because I waited until age 31, was weary of playing the dating game? Anyway, I feel now like I was born married...couldn't imagine life any other way.

Mine packed up and left after 20 yrs of what I thought were pretty good! She had started sleeping with a 20yr old kid that worked for us...... Lost the buisness filed for bankruptcy went marginaly insane for a year or two...all while fighting cancer. Three years later.....nothing really resolved, I live in the house, she moved out of town, every four or five months some cheap lawyer sends a letter telling me to sell the house and pay her out. The last brilliant lawyer wasn't even smart enough to register his case at the court house! She hasn't talked to our 20 year old daughter in two years and her family all thinks she's gone nuts! Even better....at 43 yrs of age she now has a baby with a 23 yr old unemployable bum!

My life looks pretty good from here! Heres a pic of my new love standing behind my mistress!! I thank the lord how good I really have it!!!

If you find a good one then that's the best. love has a way of fixing everything.

If she's worth the rock then go for it. That to me is the big thing... A diamond says it like nothing else. Most men I know are cheap so of they're willing to spring for a rock then it's for real and women know this.

Also... Women like flowers. I don't get it but give her flowers and shell melt at the knees.

You mean like a $25K rock and a flower store? Nah..."BSC" trumps all ...

I'm quite cynical about the whole thing and not sure at my age why I'd get married again. I'm 48 and my kids are both doing well and in college. I have no problem with a committed relationship and even living together but making it legal in the eyes of others is something I could care less about. The downside is too great. I've split my net worth in half once. I won't do it again nor will I support someone financially.

All in all, she was completely worthless, untrustworthy, etc. My ex-wife (#2) was at least good in the sack and extremely willing. Unfortunately her family history was one with all alcoholics. She did her part to keep it up.

If something happens in this marriage, it will be entirely my fault, as my leetle-wife is an angel.

Once upon a time, a Prince asked a beautiful Princess, Will you marry me?
The Princess said, No!!!

And the Prince lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles, drove
Corvettes and hunted and fished and raced and went to naked bars and dated
women half his age and drank whiskey, beer and Captain Morgan and never
heard b-itching and never paid child support or alimony and kept his house
and guns and ate spam and potato chips and beans and blew enormous farts and
never got cheated on while he was at work and all his friends and family
thought he was frikin cool as hell and he had tons of money in the bank and
left the toilet seat up.

The end.

Awesome. My goal is to the above, while in a relationship. So far with the current GF it's been pretty cool. We have our separate interests, some mutual, etc. I don't care about the strip joints or fishing but I get to do the rest. Well not the half my age women but wouldn't want that. Oh, and Porsches, not Corvettes. Other than those changes I'm good. Wait, no guns but my son more than makes up for that. He's building an arsenal at 19. So for now this is working for me, for now..... :

Don't get me wrong. The folks that are in healthy marriages and/or relationships are truely blessed, NO BS. I envy them.

Some of us, well we aren't blessed in that way. Maybe it is just where we fit in the grand scheme.

Would I get married again. . .????? Probably not; gun shy. But never say never.

I posted this as my ex-wife, in the 'transportation ' thread the other day, and was asked to delete it , as inappropriate .

It probably suits here,I think?
