Yeah, it's kind of scary... and sad. I tried to find an even older pic in the same place and couldn't but I bet it's looked the same for much longer than 6 years.

Reconfigured, riding, and smiling!!!!
I slapped some spares on my FB marketplace Pepé Le Pew Lapierre and now have a killer cx wannabee. Most of the roads nearby are paved, or light gravel, so 38c is more than enough. Other than the canti's, it's a modern day french crux. Total racing geometry.

Emonda is just about complete. I didn’t think to order a derailleur battery when I ordered everything else so waiting on that and a second bottle cage. Trek makes water bottle cages that match the frame so I had to go with them vs the high dollar carbon cages. Should come in right at 16 lbs.

Sub 16 with that heavy bottle cage. Nicely done. (1x drivetrain and that enormous chainring and the tiny cassette (is that a 28?) - you're stronger than I'll ever be!)

That is a beautiful build! The sunlight will make that paint sparkle plenty!

Houston is obviously very flat but even with head winds, I’m thinking 46 chainring and 10-28 cassette will be fine. When I head to the hills I’ll switch to a 10-36 cassette. It’s still an experiment tho.

Nice latest and the greatest bike, Dave. I like it. There are a couple younger guys that are riding a single front ring on our training ride. The ride is not flat by any means totaling of about 1500-1700' of climbing (some steep off the saddle 1/4 miles climbs), but the small ring isn't needed. That pearly color is very nice under the sunlight. Some of them even change color depending on the angle of view.

Here's my kid's Emonda. He doesn't ride it much much anymore but a few times a year with me. School and volleyball has taken much of his free time plus, he rather hang out with his friends then riding a stupid bike. We had a great time for a couple years riding few times a week teaching him how to ride a bike. Oh yeah, that's his yellow "old man bike".

That Colnago is beautiful. I'd have it hanging in my house!
