From years of hanging around races and many nights spent at the track, we jsut don't see many frames from Australia or New Zeland. I am sure there are frame builders from NZ? There were plenty of 3 Rensho and a few others from Japan (on the road too). I like to get my hands on one someday.

"Australia will hold its first Custom Bicycle Show in December 2012, which will present a swathe of current builders and their work. They will be the newest in a proud tradition of Australian frame makers, which includes the little-known but highly prolific Rob Kypriotis.

The Kypo marque may not be as recognizable as Kenevans, Bundy, Paconi or their contemporaries, but his output was high, building hundreds of frames during the 80s and 90s. Located at Traralgon, in the Gippsland area, he supplied many local riders with training bikes and their race frames.

WOW!!! I had that exact Apollo 5 bought new by my parents for me when I was, im guessing, 10 at a local bike shop called Spokes and Wheels where I would eventually work as a mechanic in college. It was my pride and joy a few years before my BMX years. I even had my own bottle of chrome polish and would shine it up like it was a Harley. Wish I still had it. Yours is in excellent condition! I think that is the final generation….from about 81 or 82…

Yes but did you notice the Delta brake up front? (I'm not 100% sure)

They appeared in every Campagnolo catalogue from 1985 to 1992! Bianchi did upgrade customer bikes.
