I will see what he says, and will keep your numbers in mind. It is about what I was thinking too but will see.
Thanks.

RETIRED

Just my recollection of the events. Greg had a lot things to say and as a result killed his contract with Trek two years prior to contractual termination and a possible renewal. A company that rescued him bankruptcy.
He's been since vindicated and looking at another shot at making bikes. I just remember a lot of spewing back then.

Met Greg a few times @ the Ski Hut in Wayzata back in the day...always nice. Ride by his home often. Maybe one day I'll be lucky enough to hop on his wheel.

How's the ride on the Museeuw? does it dampen the road better with the flaxseed fiber in it?

Wanted, 700c, pair of 32 hole clincher rims. Mavic tubulars were on them, one wheel is toast. Anyone need an orphan wheel?
Anyone familiar with "KinLin" wheels?

No idea who Kinlin is. Why not use a try-and-true Mavic Open Pro rim. Is a bit pricy but worth every penny if you like that old school look. They are super strong. Don't mess with cheap rims. Its not worth it IMO. Coming down the mountain side at speed I often think about my rims and broken spokes.

They're quality rims-sold by fairwheel bikes and some other boutique type shops. http://fairwheelbikes.com/c/forums/topic/2013-rim-roundup/ -an excellent overall rim review.

I gave away my old Polar runners HRM but still have a basic function bike computer. Looking for advice on a GPS with HRM combo unit.
Just talked with Sigma about a future model coming out, but of course no reliability record to speak of. However I do like their products. As for Garmins latest and just reading from Amo reviews, mixed opinions. One thing I don't like is the short battery life. I plan some out in the boonies bike road trip tour camping and don't expect to see charging possible. Any opinion on those small portable solar chargers?
