Missing the A6 I see. Possibly missing the POA valve too? Let me know if you want a/c. Nice ride.

The Chrysler 300 line was early "muscle"...

Two of my all time favorite muscle cars:

1962 Chevy Bel Air bubble top, 409 w/ 4 spped. This thing had gobs of torque that litterally could break the bench seat upon lauch.

The other:

1961 Pontiac Catilina 2 dr hardtop. 389 w/ 4speed. This is just a pretty car. Growing up as a kid, my neighbor had one and I truly fell in love with his ride.

1961 Pontiac Catalina - final - YouTube

I've always had a weakness for Olds 442s...

Maybe because a couple of the older kids in the neighborhood had them when I was a teenager. Maybe because I've just always loved Oldsmobiles. Back before all GM cars became generic to each other, Oldsmobiles always had a great stock exhaust note and they were just nicer driving cars with better styling and interiors than the others, IMO.

They were never as quick as the best Mopar offerings but I didn't care. I ran out of diesel the other day in a car with a bad gauge/sender and had to walk to the gas station a couple blocks away. Passing one of those ubiquitous auto shop mini-malls, I saw this:

Apparently, it's been sitting there for 7 years. Does the guy want to sell it? Why, yes, he does! Does he want too much for it? Of course he does. That's why it's been sitting there for 7 years. But I'm going to work on him. I'll keep this thread posted.
