OK, the Mayor had a press conference and things are much clearer now. The sign interpreter is very descriptive, so much so even I understand what's going on.

Any speculation as to why the two Dallas nurses were flown out? --that transport alone had to have taken some big resources.

That was done to clear space for any other possible cases that could turn positive. As a lot of their ICU staff were in quarantine they had minimal ability to care for another Ebola patient so they flew out the two they had. As it turns out no other cases have come up yet.

Either dumb luck or Ebola is truly not contagious when all you have is a fever.

far from casually contagious -- is how I meant that. --I expect that what the doc's are being told is not as sloppy as what I wrote. Hmm.. .then again...

Anyway, as I understand, the virus sheading ramps with internal virus replication. That transmission, at that low fever point; a second person would have to nuzzling up to his body in a sauna to be at risk.
