So you're measuring by Superbowl championships / NFL championships only for your NEW argument? Let me get this straight...
BTW, Brady had won 5 FIVE more playoff games than your previous failed argument even played. Aikman, leader of the haters fading into obscurity with the realization that there are legends abound in the league such as Russell Wilson.

Not a "nice edit" it's called facts. And those my friend are the facts. You and Sammy are arguing that he's top 5 "ever" and you are sorely wrong. The league is older than the super bowl. He's up there for "modern era" but the reality is he doesn't hold a candle when you look at the league overall from inception.

Now catch the keyword there? It's "ever" that means throughout the history of the game not super bowl era. |

BTW, yes when talking about the "best ever" League championships has to be the greatest criteria, if it's not then Payton Manning is almost hands down the greatest to ever play the game.
Almost 70,000 passing yards, 272 yds per game and average QB rating of 97.5 |

You're assuming and making an ass of yourself. I am a New England fan, sure. Fact of the matter is about as many years have passed as games I have watched since I played myself. I only watch a game or two a year, when a friend makes a roster or in the playoffs when I pay more attention to schemes and scripts.

Robert Kraft is now formally demanding an apology from the NFL for Tom and Bill if the investigation is inconclusive. Drama is far from over.

How many Super Bowls did Dan Marino win? He was head and shoulders above Mr Brady as a QB. Mr Brady is a good QB, in a good system in the weakest of the weak sister conferences.
I can think of 5 QBs who played before 1970 who were better than Mr Brady, what is the point you are trying to make?

Kraft's "demand" for an apology just made things worse
Belicheck states he has no idea how game balls are handled(after HOW many years in the league?) Brady has the sads because of this whole mess a person of interest has been found, a rouge ball attendant, who we are sure without any direction from higher-ups chooses to deflate balls on his own an article comes out about the few numbers of fumbles the Pats have had over the past several seasons Ex-NFLers are coming out stating that as QB Brady knew something was up with the balls

It's a classic smear campaign. Fact of the matter is the losers around the league are going to look for anything at all to tear them down. Decide which side you're on and enjoy the banter.

More facts:
Colts - blown out losers. More severly blown out in the second half with their own balls in play. Ravens - losers. Would they be talking about the balls if they weren't losers? Think about it.

Definition
A smear campaign is an intentional, premeditated effort to undermine an individual's or group's reputation, credibility, and character. Like negative campaigning, most often smear campaigns target government officials, politicians, political candidates, and other public figures. However, private persons or groups may also become targets of smear campaigns perpetrated in companies, institutions, the legal system, and other formal groups. Smear tactics differ from normal discourse or debate in that they do not bear upon the issues or arguments in question. A smear is a simple attempt to malign a group or an individual with the aim of undermining their credibility. Smears often consist of ad hominem attacks in the form of unverifiable rumors and distortions, half-truths, or even outright lies; smear campaigns are often propagated by gossip magazines. Even when the facts behind a smear campaign are demonstrated to lack proper foundation, the tactic is often effective because the target's reputation is tarnished before the truth is known. Smears are also effective in diverting attention away from the matter in question and onto the a specific individual or group. The target of the smear typically must focus on correcting the false information rather than on the original issue. Smear tactics are considered by many to be a low, disingenuous form of discourse; they are nevertheless very common.

If we get the full story - such as the source and role players on the NFL side then I wouldn't be surprised if we find this goes all the way to the top. Roger Goodell and his team of executives have been on a hot seat all season for displaying their lack of professionalism and competency. They were caught flat out lying to Adrian Peterson and underestimated him in thinking he wouldn't be smart enough to record conversations. I bet they **** a brick when they heard those tapes on SportsCenter. This a great way for Goodell to divert attention away from himself and save his own ass with the other team owners.
Not saying he let the air out but more that he set this up to be a big mess during super bowl week.

Were 11 of the 12 balls that the Pats used during the Championship game under-inflated when tested? Is using an under-inflated game ball considered cheating per the current NFL rules?
