Brian made good on his threat to come over and drink my scotch yesterday (he did bring me belated birthday beer though). Seeing his car in person was definitely worth some 15yo Glenlivet, what a nice 911...the amount, and quality, of work he's done is just mind boggling.

The Bahama Yellow is so vibrant, it sucks the color from everything around it, making the world look black & white with a yellow car.

Awesome job, I think I've gone through this thread ten times! I have a '70t that's next on the chopping block and will need attention everywhere. Did you have any jigs made for the front pan or just use the suspension components to align?

No jig, just made sure the A-arm bolt holes lined-up. Surprisingly enough, they line-up fairly easy. Good luck & enjoy the journey.

Still have several items left on the "need to finish" list and I decided it was time to hit the fuse box. Got tired of having to wiggle the fuses to get the passenger headlight back on, or the clock. . .

Using a sheet of aluminum, fabbed this bracket to attach the new HELLA ATO fuse boxes:





Then busted my fingers over a span of few days getting all the old wires crimped for spade connections, heat wrapping, etc. and viola:



I'll have to tidy it up a little more and attach the headlight relays (made provisions on the bracket earlier), but you get the idea. No more wiggling!

This has been an exceptional thread, and I am sure it will go a long way towards proving once and for all that they can all be saved, just have to have faith in your abilities, and true unwavered dedication to the project in hand!
