Cool. Thanks.
But they do have a light on the side near the front of the lens that's not signal related, yes?

Now this is only legal with RED rear turnsignal lenses as amber running lights are only allowed on the front of the car. What I do to light up the red rear turnsignals as running lights is tether the sidemarker board to the turnsignal board as shown below. The wire between the boards is running light power from the sidemarker board. Your light housing with the sidemarker reflector gone would still work with my sidemarker PCB as the PCB doesn't use or touch the reflector at all. You would just need to re-position the socket to point to the side of the car. ![]()

That's a good idea to get the red signals lit up with the running lights for better conspicuity.
However, as mine is a RoW car, it doesn't have the side marker or a plug to use one. The picture above of the red car with white reflector isn't mine. Mine just has a hole where the marker is (on US cars) and a reflector covering it under the lens. I just was asking the poster if his was a Euro as it has the same white plastic reflectors as mine but with a butchered, probably due to federalization in the 80s, marker bulb.

My brake and back-up LEDs arrived today. Beautiful work! Felt like I was putting jewelry on the car.
Easy installation and very well made. Thanks for making my ass end brighter (the car's, not mine!)

FWIW, I already have the round lights on green boards, and they are great. As noted, the green doesn't show, and the round lights have the LEDs packed so tightly together that they don't look light individual LEDs when lit. Now if only there was a turn signal board that had the LEDs mounted that densely.

I just added 4 sets of round brake boards with GREEN color to the discount corner on my website.
The color of these boards will not come through the red brake lens so no issue with the green boards. These are on 50% discount. Excellent deal for $45/pair.

Spent about an hour last night installing my new LED headlights and tail/brake and reverse lights on my Targa. What a difference! I still need to properly adjust the headlights and install the rear turn/sidemarkers as well as the front turn signals, but essentially when done, 95% of the exterior lighting on the car will be LED-based (just waiting on front side markers from SpokeWorks LED).
I purchased several kits from SpokeWorksLED. Jerry is GREAT to work with, and he has done a very nice job of engineering and manufacturing a well-thought-out and easy-to-install solution. He has even worked out the electrical differences for those of us with Cruise Control so that you can have an all-LED lighting system out back of our cars. So far, I have the brake/tail and reverse lights installed. Makes a HUGE difference in being able to be seen on the road at night over the stock Porsche lighting setup. Planning to install the rear turn/sidemarker lights, front turn signals and the proper turn-signal flasher relay (to avoid the fast blink caused by the installation of the lower-draw LEDs) hopefully tonight. Will only have the front side marker lights and fog lamps to convert after that. All in, it is NOT cheap to do this. But, even at the cost for all of the kits, having my 911 more visible to all the idiot drivers running up and down the 101 in the Bay Area is well worth it! I can't say enough about Jerry and his products. Very nice person, smart and very easy to work with. If you are looking to upgrade the exterior lighting of your 911, I highly recommend Jerry and his firm. Great products that work great!! No affiliation with SpokeWorksLED. I am just a very satisfied customer. Pictures to come tonight. Toby

What headlights did you end up going with? I too ordered the "Works" from SpokeworksLED, full 360 LED's. Although I still haven't decided what headlight configuration I want, keep the Sugar scoops or change out, blah,blah, blah..... you know, the age ol dilemma. Spendy but well worth the upgrades. Oh, I also want to upgrade to the blades fuse board too, but in time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Spoke and others;
I finally got all most the electronics sorted, the turn signal, running lights, brake and reverse lights are great! They are easy to install, look great, are very bright and light instantaneously. Great work! In my case I am wiring the car completely from scratch and found some unexpected results along the way. In particular when troubleshooting the hazards I ran into an issue which leads me to needing confirmation of what turn signal LEDs will work... I simplified my hazard wiring by using the stock hazard switch with a +12v input on a pin, and one each going out to the left- and right-turn turn signal connections. In the past I have had to wire in a diode in a fuse holder on each leg to keep the turn signal switch from feeding power back to both sides, but in this case it worked no problem. ...except I found that when the hazard switch is on, the indicator bulb inside the hazard switch drew enough to keep the hazard circuit from functioning properly. THe fronts would dimly flash but nothing from the rears. I found when I removed the bulb and shorted out the contacts inside the hazard circuit functioned perfectly. My fix was to solder a short circuit of solder across the bulb base and its ground. Now the hazaxrds work perfectly, thought th bulb in the hazard switch no longer flashes. THats OK with me as long a the turn signals flash properly when the hazards are on. Which brings me to my question: The turn signals currently work fine, thought the indicator bulbs in the Tach do not light. The turn signal indicator lights are wired in parallel to the turn signals themselves. You can see that in the wiring diagram in the middle/bottom here: ![]() My questions are whether, when wiring Spoke's turn signals, how are people getting their turn signal indicators working? Mine with the stock incandescent bulbs are not working, is this normal and if so, can/which LEDs are available to replace the turn indicators in the Tach? Can they be wired in parallel as in my diagram? Thanks!

Interesting issues you have. I think there are a few things happening here.
Hazard bulb shorting: Not sure what's going on. To help here I'd have to have the equivalent circuit of the flasher to understand the interaction with the bulb. Do you have the part number for the flasher? Tach Turn Indicators: In your circuit, they look correct. You may need to check the wiring to the indicators. Hazard wiring: pins 17 and 18(or 10) look to be shorted.

Hi, no problem with shortz...I intentionally shorted the hazard bulb, it resulted in the hazards behaving correctly.
My question is specifically on the turn signal indicator circuits...should it matter if those indicator bulbs are led or incandescent or something special?
