Horn does not work

For some reason when I hit my horn it turns on the parking lights? I can hear the relay clicking. I'm not sure why it does that. Can anyone help? Also. My wiper blades only seem to go one speed on all settings? The combination switch is new. Any ideas? Thanks

My horns did not work either, they were bad and I replaced with ones from Autozone. They are located below the right head light. You need to remove the wheel liner to get to them. But before doing this, clean all your CE panel fuses, relays, connections and grounds.

Alarm and park lamps tied through alarm with malfunction. Wipers could motor or relay. What speed?

I have cleaned the whole Circuit board before and all new fuses and what not. They only go the slow speed.

I don't have schematics, but wiper speeds are typically in the motor. There should be 4 wires from the motor to provide two speeds and park. Intermittent is through a time delay relay circuit. Suspect motor or motor wiring.

At the risk of appearing to be a complete jerk, this might be a good idea in principium as it is not always obvious where exactly the horn is coming from. And if you add the benefit to hearing impaired drivers... I think might pursue this as a 'feature' and ask for a discount from my insurance broker.

Look at my it's alive thread...new horns at harbor freight now on sale for 9$....

I know this really does not help the op...but the cheap horns actually sound pretty good.

But have you ever heard the original twin trumpets?

Just checking, but are you turning your wipers completely on? Or just intermittantly? Intermittant speed is controlled by the rheostat under the pod (which could be why you just have one speed) Flip the lever the opposite direction (up vs down or down vs up) to check.

I moved the dial both directions and it doesn't seem to fix the problem. Just one speed
