If pnutz is anywhere near the property during the inspection it’ll definitely fail the pest part of it.

I'll be there if I can make it! Bear in mind I'll be sporting a katana (Japanese sword) at my side, just in case any hard tails or funky long arms reach out for a hug! I don't mind shaking hands or a hug even. A shoulder bump would be fine, until I get to know you. After that, the sky is the limit!

Halloween does sound a bit scary though. Maybe I'll bring two swords.

Now you're taking! Just have the DJ ready, I'll be dancing too! (katana mochi). A thriller night!

Actually no. The real McCoy story is a true story. It's something like in the movie Stand by Me, but with a twist of reality in this case. It got me into a fight at the park for telling the whole school about it. I paid for that at the park in a lost fight. I guess you can appreciate that. I would have kicked Danny's ass, if his friends hadn't pulled me off of him.

If I joke back to front, I guess it's OK, I told all my friends about the real McCoy on a Monday, and by Tuesday, sh-t had already hit the fan! I can joke about it now and have for years. I don't need therapy. If I arrive at Juan's however on Halloween, is it OK if I bring a katana?

One can never be too careful.

My next door neighbor loses a chicken to Fox every 3-4 months. 5 years and not a one. We’ve had deer and elk jump the fence but the coyotes stay away. We did have a rabid skunk this spring. He died when he drowned in the neighbors goldfish pond.

I use the pigs to clean up the orchard. Makes them taste better too when the time comes.
I noted that point about the Akita dogs. I've seen some here, but rare in these parts. Pretty cool dogs and very aggressive too. They remind me of a northern dog, like a husky, but different. Maybe from Akita Ken? I'll check it out. My neighbor had one a few years ago. Those dogs are like ferocious and predatory. They don't really belong in the city, like a Japanese city. Saying Akita ken is just bs on my part. Just rings a bell. I'll check it out.

Cheers!

ps forgot to say, read a couple months ago on news, in US a girl tried to take one home from an animal shelter, and when she got near, dog took half her face off!

They were originally a Japanese bear hunting dog from the north. So yeah. The US version is said to have German Shephard mixed in during or after WWII. Today unless people are showing them, they are generally used as guard dogs. Can you imagine a couple dozen of them free ranging on 3 acres? My property is sealed up like a zoo cage to make sure they never got out. Also makes it harder from the predators who don't fly or climb to get in. Though the deer and elk just hop the fence when they want through.

If my intuition or memory hasn't failed me at 4 am Japan time, Akita Ken is Akita Prefecture. I may be spouting bull sh-t at this moment, but who knows? I'll check it out. I love those dogs though! I'm a cat guy. Got 4 cats, one is Abbysinnian. I can't spell that properly on a smart phone right now. Most intelligent house cat on the planet!

Or maybe he’s literally used up all of the caveman images found on the internet by this point, thus run out of material. He could be stuck trying to figure out who to troll next. Decisions, decisions...
