Do you still have all of the warning lights on and the gauges reading zero? If the volt meter reads zero I would trouble shoot the volt meter first you do not need to run the engine just need the key...

Try Relay G2 which is the TERM 15 signal...

Try Relay G2 which is the TERM 15 signal controlled by pin 15 of the ignition switch, this relay supplies power to the circuits you are having trouble with.

I would run a temporary wire from the ignition switch term 15 to coil terminal 15 to see if this corrects the problem.
By the way how did you test the coil term 15 voltage? The meter set to measure...

No the key does not have to be turned to the start position however some of the warning lights require that the key be turn to off and then to position 2 to clear the fault after the repair.

My 87 NA does not have ABS and being careful I do not know if the ABS Wheel Sensor wiring is bundled with the Brake Wear Sensor wiring.
