engine # starts with an 8 so is German Spec.

It does have a MPH speedo so I did suspect if it was an American Serviceman who bought it and returned...

Has Euro heaters.

Pull out of 1st, slight pause and then pull into second. Not one full pull.

Most 915's respond well to adjustment of both shifter and driving style.
