adding swepco...which plug?

i am trying to add fresh swepco to a 1977 turbo trans. i found drain plug easy enough, but what side of trans is filler plug on? i took one plug off and it was spring loaded so i plugged it up, hoping i didnt goof anything up. its been a couple of months since that fiasco i forgot what side i removed. is spring loaded plug the right one or is it other side(passenger or driver?) thanks in advance for expertise.... kevin

Drivers side bout the same horizontal distance as the drain plug but half way up the trans.
A bit over a gallon of Swepco will do the trick.

Should have a 17mm hex head for reference.

Every time I've filled my 930 transaxle to the bottom of the fill hole from a 1 gallon oil container while the car is up on 4 jackstands and very close to level, I always have a little oil left over.

Like maybe 3 or 4 oz.
Don't overfill it.
