Quality construction per the usual from TK (Chris and crew)

Question: The air flow is completely separate from turbo to IC to ITB plenum. Does this not need some kind of balance tube to equalize the pressure across both banks? Would not need to be much but I would be concerned that even a minor difference in pressure as it comes on boost would cause the engine to run weird at transition. Sort of like carbs (or ITBs) out of sync. The engine may just feel flat for that one instant.

I don't think two turbos of identical specs will flow exactly the same. Besides, the flow paths to each turbo and through to the ITBs are not 100% equal length or volume.

I have a similar TT build in mind and am trying to learn the fine points of the layout and design with respect to performance. And yes, mine would also have to fit under a ducktail.

To your point, the 3.2 intake rubber coupling would be ideal for this application as its soft enough to expand as the engine expands but strong enough for 2 bar at least.

Wait a minute... I just noticed a small connector on the frontside of the IC (exit pipes). Is that a small connector on the end tank? If so, that is all that is needed.

I think I just answered my own question that it is required and is already installed.

I love the mounting posts that TK does on the outlet side of the IC. So easy to mount. Just a push lock with a mounting point on the front side.

Nice looking engine and intercooler! I noticed the a/c compressor fits well underneath the intercooler. Is the a/c compressor stock?

That's a work of art. Are you running a wideband on each bank and using an Infinity 8 with two wideband channels and trimming fuel to each bank separately? What's involved in getting this type of TT layout into a 930 body? Moving oil cooler, bringing turbo air lines up thru the wheel wells?

Yes.
I designed our ITB trumpets and plenums to clear a stock 964/993 A/C compressor setup. Fully serviceable.

Thanks!
Yes, dual Lambdas into the Infinity with feedback and control.

Into a 930 chassis: install a 964/993 type oil tank ahead of the rear wheel along with related mods to t-stat, chassis lines, etc.
