How to you get that durn S shaped turbo inlet pipe out?

Like the title says, I'm trying to figure out how to get out that twisty turny aluminium pipe that goes down through the sheet metal to the inlet side of the turnbo.

Any hints?

Well, loosen the rubber connector that attaches the pipe to the turbo and slide the rubber connector as far up the pipe until its outer edge is even with the end of the pipe. Loosen both sides of the upper rubber connector and slide it away from the pipe you want to remove. Turn the bottom of the pipe 90 degrees clockwise where the open end is toward the back of the car. Push the bottom of the pipe forward while you wiggle and pull down on the pipe and it should come out.

I had to loosen the sheet metal and bring it out the top. There's no way it was coming out the bottom.....

"coming out the bottom"? OMG what have I done!!! Oh, The humanity!
