You do multiple leak down tests, but can't get consistent readings of those numbers. Wherein lies the problem? Is it a bent valve? What could you say off the top of your head?

Listen to where the air is leaking.

Carbon from the spark plug contaminating the exhaust seat.
Try tapping on the exhaust rocker.
Or possibly the cylinder off tdc.

Thank you Dannobe and Henry! We've already strrpped it down for a fresh top end job in process. So far it looks like it needed it, so thanks again. Shouldn't be any problem once this is completed.
