Spenny, nice use of the ash tray!

Cheers!....although neat and unintrusive, it's not ideal in terms of monitoring whilst on the move, too far out of the line of sight; I bought the additional screeching alarm to go with it. Via the laptop you set the max parameters for whatever you want to monitor, but not got it quite fine-tuned well enough yet (and now in the middle of my engine teardown/upgrade, so that won't get done for a good 3-4 months)

Anybody using this PLX DM-6 Multi-gauge or have one they can recommend? Looking for somewhere to display AFRs, oil tremp & pressure.

I have one of those built into my tach. I have sensors for AFR, boost, and oil temp. If you crack the round gauge apart you can separate the screen for more mounting options. They look cool built into the rear view mirror.

One thing I love about my ScanGauge is having access to almost all my engine parameters via the ECU's ODBII port. Programmable gauges sure to have a lot of advantages when you want to measure a few different things and mix it up a bit.

Cool...looks like quite a large unit, where are you going to mount it?

Have to say, I do like the rear view mirror offering, looks very trick!

New VDO Oil Pressure sender

I've decided to replace my idiot light sender in the back of the motor at the turbo oil stream with a new VDO sender to feed the new ECU and new x-dash.

I still have the oem sender in place up front too, so I should be able to see both for comparison.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1329323765.jpg

Jeremy, I forgot you had the RSRs on that race car of yours...they look sweet!

I haven't decided yet if I'll go fully polished or black background, but they will be 9x11x17s and should look pretty good with all that rubber either way...

CaptainCalf 02-21-2012 12:31 PM

Jeremy, they looks so good I'd run those all the time...just watch out for puddles:)
