Damn those republicans! Oh wait...That was Obama in 2008.

"If Latinos sit out the election instead of saying, 'We're gonna punish our enemies, "
Damn those republicans! Oops Obama again.

What I'm getting at is, quit with the bull****.

this is the problem with our country. People are stupid. Sorry Nick. Context is everything. Seriously, why the fuch would you even think of posting those two quotes.

Jim is correct, Trump is speaking directly to a section of the American people, his base, on a CONTINUOUS BASIS as part of a NARRATIVE. He incites violence as an integral part of his message. Regularly.

You listed two instances that aren't anything. Obama was referencing Republican Congressional attacks in the first and "If Latinos sit out the election instead of saying, 'We're gonna punish our enemies, and we're gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us' -- if they don't see that kind of upsurge in voting in this election -- then I think it's going to be harder. And that's why I think it's so important that people focus on voting on November 2nd."

But here's the deal. They are two isolated incidences. Trump is a CONSTANT drumbeat. One that incites violence for his political benefit.

That's the problem with this country. People are ******* idiots.

cabmandone 08-04-2019 02:29 PM

Oh, I see, calling someone the "enemy" is okay depending on the "context"
Seriously??

Shaun @ Tru6 08-04-2019 02:30 PM

SMH:rolleyes::confused::eek:

Why do I bother. Seriously.

cabmandone 08-04-2019 02:35 PM

I don't know why you bother trying to explain away calling someone you don't agree with politically your "enemy"? Me, I'd have said it was stupid, shouldn't have been said and has no place in political discourse.... but you say "context" because it came from the side you like.

cabmandone 08-04-2019 02:38 PM

And don't get me started on how people say that because I voted for Trump I'm a racist. I know... I know... "context"
Or how because I support secure borders where people enter LEGALLY that I'm somehow "afraid of brown people"... you know... "context"

Shaun @ Tru6 08-04-2019 02:39 PM

Just be careful what you pull out of a foxnews.com comment crawl.

^^^^ And there it is folks... Because I believe certain things because I've seen them in writing and heard them spoken on CNN by contributors there.... FOX NEWS!!
Get a grip dude,

“Anyone who supports a racist or a racist strategy is a racist themselves. 2020 is a moment or reckoning for America. Vote for @realDonaldTrump and you are a racist,” Lockhart tweeted on Saturday. “Don’t hide it like a coward. Wear that racist badge proudly and see how it feels.”

Maybe I'm missing the context?

Come on Shaun, keep defending the hate you agree with.

The hate comes from both sides and is fueled by the left and right leaning media and it's used come election time to further divide this country... Jim and sadly it appears you just accept the hate that comes from the side you vote for... and then explain it away saying "context"

Gee, I don't know why people snap when they're called racist for no other reason than they support a certain candidate?

Shaun,

Your Beloved Leader beat the the drum of racism and socialism constantly for 8 years, while implementing the Cloward–Piven strategy to destroy the Republic. For the most part he was successful.

Believe what you will.

berettafan 08-04-2019 02:52 PM

Barry O did more to push race relations back than anyone in the past several presidencies.

Claiming Trump is any sort of racist is just nonsense. It really and truly is. One of the first things he said when running for the job was 'you can't have a country without borders'. A great statement. A correct statement. has nothing to do with race. Baltimore being a ****house has nothing to do with racism.

The anti 2A folks need big shock and awe factor to make another grandstand speech.

You can't use any of those because it doesn't fit the agenda of MSM.

Tell that to the Boston Marathon bombing victims, the Tokoyo Sarin gas victims or, the OK City bombing victims. If you really want to talk further, compare all the folks murdered by mass shootings to the numbers marched into the gas chambers.

It is the condition of the human heart without being accountable to a perfect loving judge with unchanging standards and laws.

Sorry folks, I'm independent. Vote both Republican and Democrat. In fact Trump stole much of my Border solution I posted back in 2008. So just STFU. Thanks.

On cries of racism, no one is racist for voting for Trump, other than the Superpac, Racists for Trump, then, sure. But if you support Trump's racist narrative now, yes, you are a racist because you are, wait for it, supporting racism. But voting for him was fine, he was clearly better than Clinton at election time.

group911@aol.co 08-04-2019 03:06 PM

And this underlined part explains how Hitler pulled his stunt off. Like the millions of ordinary Germans who carried out his deeds, these guys don't really even know what path they're being led down.

People are idiots for listening to the constant MSM attacks that claim everything including the weather is the fault of the POTUS.

When Obama makes statements...crickets.
When Louis Farrakhan promotes violence...crickets.
When Maxine Waters promotes violence against Trump supporters... reported but that's O.K. to say that.
When Ilhan Omar promotes anti-semetism...crickets.
When President Trump condemns violence...crickets.

I often think that were it not for that, these people wouldn’t develop to the point where they snap.

We have artificial intelligence in many things now, maybe it’s time to use a little of that to find these people before they explode.

Unless you are 80 years old everybody is on the net...
