That is a conspiracy theory, propaganda talking point and complete BS. You diminish any argument you make when you post such things.

Read the CDC guidelines. Anyone suspected of having CV-19 is counted. Anyone who dies after a positive test is counted (no matter the cause). Never mind that the tests aren't very accurate.

I see where they have temporarily halted the AstraZeneca trial. One participant had a severe reaction.

Actually that’s totally untrue Denis. Feel free to do your own research, there are a number of interviews and articles down to the local level documenting this fact.

And that sharp decline in revenue is exactly what motivates (some) hospital admins to take advantage of the CARES act tiered reimbursement program for cases, hospitalizations, and deaths. It is not a "conspiracy" that incentivized medicine/care will always invite some level of impropriety, even if relatively small. And in many cases the motivation to do so is arguably well-intended. IOW, hospital admins faced with the difficult decision of laying off staff vs. "strong guidance" for CV upcoding may be more incline to choose the latter.

This is a well known phenomenon, and really came to light during the initial AIDS outbreak. The CDC director himself has acknowledged that it's a "thing".

No, it's a reality, and well-documented. Here is just one instance from WA state:

Every flu's counted the same except for the flu which originated from Wuhan.

https://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/estimates/April_November_14.htm#UnderCounting
Under-Counting of Flu-Related Deaths

CDC does not know exactly how many people die from seasonal flu each year. There are several reasons for this:

First, states are not required to report individual seasonal flu cases or deaths of people older than 18 years of age to CDC.

Second, seasonal influenza is infrequently listed on death certificates of people who die from flu-related complications.

Third, many seasonal flu-related deaths occur one or two weeks after a person’s initial infection, either because the person may develop a secondary bacterial co-infection (such as a staph infection) or because seasonal influenza can aggravate an existing chronic illness (such as congestive heart failure or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).

Also, most people who die from seasonal flu-related complications are not tested for flu, or they seek medical care later in their illness when seasonal influenza can no longer be detected from respiratory samples. Influenza tests are most likely to detect influenza if performed soon after onset of illness.

For these reasons, many flu-related deaths may not be recorded on death certificates.

Oh, I was just asking if Eric was a Star Trek Next Generation fan. I'm sure he'd be great as a cosplay Wesley.

Anyone with a brain in their head knows the numbers are BS.

The hospitals get paid 100% of charges for each CCP virus test, up until the end of this month I believe. The compensation is also much more favorable with this diagnosis.

They are testing the heck out of everyone, multiple tests, whether they came up positive yesterday or not.

If you understand how the PCR test works, it would also make you more skeptical about the numbers too.

Shaun is honestly concerned about Matt, thanks again Shaun, I need a bit of levity lately.

Huh? No. You aren't one of those "truth over facts" morons, are you Shaun?

Oh, and that's not a smear at all Shaun. I am honest to God concerned for you. ()

Keep working at it, and one day you will overcome your acute allergy to facts and logic. We are all pulling for you!

In the meantime, I'll state again:

The CDC Director (Dr. Redfield) and the Asst. Sec. of HHS (Adm Giroir) have both acknowledged that it's a thing.
