Snow's a comin'

Well, something's coming.

Here in Va. I'm thinking mostly ice. Not enough to set up the snowblower snow, but enough to hang a blade on my dad's newly restored ford. Should be fun.

I could use a little mayhem.

Supposed 6-8 inches starting tomorrow . I dug out the plow truck last night . I always enjoy pushing around the first big snow. After that, the rest of winter just sucks

Yeah. Know that feeling. Round here, lately, it's rare enough to keep it entertaining. I like to taunt the weather just to spur it on. Sometimes it works.

We'll see.

I can see this further conflustering recent usps delays. I want my ebay stuff!

We had 5 inches of snow on Sunday, and another 5 inches expected today. It was nice yesterday and most of the roads were clear for the melting.

We are going back to clear skies and highs in the 50s and 60s tomorrow for the next 9 days.

We were just getting to the point where ice on the pond was safe. This is going to mess up the pond hockey big time.

That winter weather is following the coast north.
Our weatherman said he could almost guarantee a green Christmas for us. (yeah right)

I really miss the snow this year after moving back to Texas.

Three years in Watertown NY, 20 miles from Canada and 200+ inches of snow per year!!!

Bavaria and most recently DC.

All had snow and 4 seasons. Now I have the 7th circle of Hell summer and a day or two in the 30s. Its really funny watching people bundle up here when it gets below 50.

I might gripe about the snow...but I really do like the distinct four seasons that MI has.
It's always changing, and the summers are one the best of all the places I've lived.

We got 4 inches of snow on Sunday. Got the snowblower out, got the driveway and all the sidewalks done in less than an hour. Nothing to get too excited about.

If it snows, I'll pull off the mower deck and put on the blade. Not even going to bother weighting the tires. It will be neet to see what AGs do in light snow. I've never used them before. Tomorrow's storm is K.I.S.S.

I'm betting we get ice here in my part of Virginia.

Edit - I would like to get a larger storm to mount my snowblower on my other garden tractor. I overdrove the two stage impeller drive ratio, repowered the mower to 23 hp, and added multiple lights to the snow blower chute to light the plume of far flinging snow for glorious nighttime snowblowing videos!
