I'm thinking Hugh Freeze. I think Kiffin (who I actually met once!) is moderately content at Ole Miss and would jeopardize any semblance of good will and respect he's garnered if he jumped ship again for what doesn't even appear like a greener pasture.

I would like to see them keep their current interim coach, Cadillac Williams.

Knowing Auburn - that will likely not happen.

He'd be good for the program right now......and I know the players would play their tails off under him!

I was thinking same thing. If he leaves Ole Miss he runs the risk of being known as the guy that gets hired and won't stay and do the job he signed up for. That may taint other schools in the future from hiring him.

If Freeze will bring the same quality of coaching to Auburn he brought to Ole Miss.......it sounds like a good idea to me. No better place than Auburn to run up another series of NCAA violations, game forfeitures, and post season bans. :D

Wow, good to see Auburn beat Texas A&M!!! The interview with Interim Coach Williams was very moving and all the fans celebrating was actually good to see. I am a Bama fan through and through but I can put aside the rivalry stuff and give Auburn a big War Eagle to ya. Good win!!!

An amazing Saturday for me. My number one favorite team, the Oregon State Beavers, easily defeated the poor California Golden Bears..

But my number two favorite team, whoever is playing the Ducks, won a squeaker. My congratulations to the Washington Huskies for handing the Ducks their first home field loss since 2018.

(edit) But neither game was as exciting to me as watching pool player Justin Bergman lay down a 21 pack in a bar table matchup. That's 21 straight break and runs in nine ball. I'm pretty sure that's the most ever done with video proof. How amazing is this? It's possible it's in "never been done before" territory. In recent history, Shane Van Boening ran 12...Earl Strikland won $1,000,000 some years back with 11. Yeah, pretty amazing.

Georgia Dawgs a good win on the road . Miss. State played well but Dawgs too strong . Some questionable calls by the men in stripes .

Neyland Stadium is very cozy and tight in terms of the field being totally surrounded. On the south end zone by the river, if you take about 2 steps out the back you run into a wall. Plus it is a full bowl that has full lower level and full upper level without any breaks between the stands, like Kyle Field or Beaver Stadium. If you are in the top rows, you are still very close to the field in terms of setback, you are just higher up. Helluva a great place to watch a game. Parking on the other hand...
