Ferrari team management strikes again, didn't tell LeC that Norris was going to be on a flyer, Norris' quali lap was ruined.

I’m not sure it’s a matter of capability but rather limited resources. A-M still manufactures their v12. It’s only the v8 that are sourced from M-B. I wonder if at some point soon, A-M road cars will have Honda engines? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

That may sell a lot of cars if it happens.

I wonder if each Honda engine in those Aston Martin's would be hand assembled and signed off by a single tech?

They need to install water sprayers at every track so every race is a wet race. It's the only way to shake up the parade.

That'd be fun! Flood the track at every race! That would be way better than those sprint races! Alpine had a really good run this weekend. They needed it!

Interesting race with the rain. Those cars are tough. Many were bouncing off of walls and each other. And no safety car or red flags!

Agree not really a race. Those long cars look like stretch limos driving around a parking lot.

Remember when teams used to design special front suspension and steering just for the hairpin at Monaco?

100% agree cars are a bit 'super sized' for Monaco but I believe this is being addressed with, shorter, smaller cars to go with the new generation of PU's for 2026
Can't say anything bad about the Monaco GP as it's a 3 wins in a row for me now ![]()

winning at Monaco reminds me of a "superfan"
who was first in line to get concert tickets after camping out on the street for three days. |

Interesting practice 1 & 2.
The announcers love obscure stats. They are sometimes hard to understand, but I believe what they said that when Alonzo finishes his race on Sunday he will have driven in 1/3 of all the F1 races run. He is really making Lance look like a beginner.

I think the pressure of being Alonso's team mate has gotten to Stroll . He started the season banged up and hasn't recovered with consistent performance . Obviously the car is good .

Yea, they showed a graphic overlay of Alonzo's times VS Stroll's times on track and Alonzo was faster in 100% of the track. Total domination.
Most teammates have at least one or two corners or braking areas that they are faster. Lance can be thankful his daddy owns the team so he has job security.

The entire motorpsort press has recently started banging on the Stroll case - now that the car is good, they need 2 cars in the points, F1 WC revenue etc... Honestly I think papa stroll could not care less about where they finish the WC vs... a win this year ! He wants one badly. It may get awkward soon for sonny Lance though - Alonso is too funny saying "Lance has been unlucky", and bam he sticks it to him by one second in practice, LOL. Alonso is a killer.
I think he loves this role, pretending to be a nice big bro and destroying him on track. Have to say I was impressed by Lance, coming in this season with both wrists broken, it took surgeries, pain, work, and he did well initially. To be this rich and still want it so bad, respect. But now he's getting ninja-assassinated by a rejuvenated Fernando ! Which honestly gives me respect for Ocon, who got a tad luckier last year but did not get mauled by ALO and showed really well on a rainy day in Monaco.
