Uma and Viv were great, but Uma and Darryl Hannah were better. "Bud said he sold his sword." "Well, I guess that makes him a liar."

The best cat fight I saw recently was on tv, though: Jaime Pressly and bounty hunter Juliette Lewis on My Name is Earl. "Joy, where did you learn to fight like that?" "I watch a lot of Springer."

Zoolander fight scenes--lol--Im doing my Blue Steel right now....and nailing it!

My vote goes the the end fight scene in V for Vendetta. Goosebumps when he says "my turn" and whips out the daggers. A guy with daggers will always whip a dozen guys with machine guns---always.

no question: casino. when they beat and bury pesci and his brother dominic alive. and also the scene where they put the big irish guy's head in the vice and turn it until his eyeballs pop out..he woouldn't talk. that movie gave me the willies. scorcesi scores another disturbingly graphic mob hit..

great fight, crappy movie

I always liked in Indiana Jones and the big Saurkraut mechanic that gets blended by the old air plane, or the part where he is battling the Arab guys in the marketplace, and crowd parts so you can see the guy with the big scimitar showing off before the fight, Indy looks tired at the prospect of taking this guy on, mops his brow, and plugs him, classic

How about "The Punisher," great scene with Tom Jane and this big Russian looking guy. If I remember correctly, he kills him with boiling/scalding water.

Big difference between a beating scene and a fight scene.

Cant remember any good once that hasent been mentioned.
The curb scene in American History X is quite nasty.

David,

I could not agree more. Stooges Rule. 6 am every morning on Spike TV. My favorite episode: Disorder in the Court. A close second: A Plumbing We Will Go.

Gotta second the fight scene in "They Live" with Roddy Piper (I'm just p*ssed someone else posted it first)... Roddy finally beats the guy into trying out the alien-detecting sunglasses. Awesome movie.

Also has the best pre-butt-kicking line - "I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick *ss, and I'm all out of bubble gum." Piper then proceeds to waste a joint full of aliens disguised as people. Awesome.
