New timing belts, but thrown on there with a $60 water pump. I have no idea where that fool was buying parts from but it must not have been any of the big parts houses.

I thought the '89s on up had a 2.7L and the 968s went to 3? I'm not sure. Maybe they'll claim there's a 911 engine hiding in there somewhere.

The S2 had a 3.0 liter 16 valve engine.

IIRC, only the S2 was available as a cab. So if that car is a 944 cab, it has to be an S2.

That "GT3" body kit doesn't allow the hood to open.

That's OK though...the thing is bulletproof, you don't even need to change the oil for the next 100K miles.

The 3-liter had 4 valves per cyl...those photos show the 2.5 with 2 valves per cyl.
