Is anyone familiar with this issue who could perhaps step forth and offer clarification?
The answer to you query is simple: There is a chinese folktale that says when a fish flies over the clouds it becomes a dragon.

Why? It is a fish when it swims.
Because? The higher it flies...not so much. (a fish that is)

That's about as logically and grammatically correct as the rest of this post.

Which is why I have never trusted Chinese folktales.

Or their characters; which I find to be inscrutably multifarious (and nefarious).

And each character corresponds to but one spoken syllable!

How they managed to invent gunpowder, with all their goofy flaming breathed dragons running around, without blowing themselves to dynasty come is totally beyond me.

- It drips a lot of oil, doesn't it?
- All diesels do that.

All diesels do that, honey.

Diesels love oil like a sailor loves rum.

- Yes! Why is that, Captain Ron?
- Nobody knows.

I would avoid #32 if I were you. But if you must, the highlighted desert is a must.

Prawns in L.L. Bean Sauce. I think that was in the buffet we had in Xi'an. Or maybe it wasn't.

Their chef is certainly a stockbroker. he's confused #32 with ßXA2, but, and this is only a guess, if the fish doesn't make it over the clouds, or if the sun is particularly muculent that day.

I've had that dessert. It left me monochromatic; took all week the next day to re-inflate.
