What else would you like to see in your lifetime?

Assuming you wanted to see a black president that is. I think a woman or a gay in the White House is inevitable so those are not on my list. I think I'd want to see an android created. Not necessarily a Data like in Star Trek. More like that machine in the Will Smith film. Same capabilities, same safeguards built in to protect and never do harm to humans - the three laws. I think that would be cool.

But first, I want to see my kids as happy, well adjusted adults with families of their own. Then the android.

It seems I'm not the only one who doesn't give a damn about our President's race. It really doesn't matter. We could have a gay, black, woman in the white house, as long as she is the best person for the job, I could care less!

Time travel would be cool, I could go back and buy Dad a box of rubbers.

Most of all though, I'd like to see people quit being so damned petty. We've got people ready to have a stroke over "One Star Guy". We have people still going insane over Bush, and we have people flipping out over Obama. I voted for one, and didn't vote for the other. I didn't like everything W. did, and so far I don't like much that Obama does, BUT whether I like him or not, I'm an American, and he IS my President. One side needs to quit whining, and the other side needs to quit being so damned smug.

I would actually like to see the people on here that ***** about trolls, actually see one. If you have an opinion here that goes against the hive mind, and won't back down from it, you are a "troll". Bull****! That isn't what a troll is. That's just standing up for what you believe in. LEARN IT!

As far as androids, I think we're there already. I have to go out in the middle of the woods to get away from all of the people with cell phone implants in their heads. It's become more important to talk with some one on the phone, than the person sitting next to you.

I would really like to see everyone here healthy, happy, and satisfied with your little space in this world. Some of you leave me shaking my head, but you're still family.
