The girls are going to be so disappointed. What will they write on the restroom walls now?

Oh man, remember one of the first web sites that let visitors post was a virtual bathroom stall wall, Circa 1991.

Howdy Jeff,

The weather is crazy here today. It has been in the 90s and we even had one day last week that was 98. It is freaking 47 out there now. The thermostat went from AC to heat. I am glad I got the heater hooked up right in the Elky. My wife just shook her head at me because I refuse to wear jeans today. Dang it, it is the middle of May! That is shorts weather.

Morning Glen.

I wore jeans the last couple of days before we went down to Adelaide last week as autumn had looked like it was setting in. Hell, even turned on the gas heater for a couple of nights.

Well since we've returned from Adelaide, autumn's gone away and the shorts are back on.

At several of the events for the Porsche club Parade they have a requested dress code of "business casual." My wife gets mad if I take them at their word and go in MY day to day business attire.

Morning everyone.

So after doing a lot of research, It is more cost effective to beef up/EFI a 3.0L and put taller gears in the 915 then doing a 3.6/G50 swap.

I would think so. The cost of a G50 & a 3.6 is not cheap, much less the modifications to the car and tranny to make it fit.

Most 911 owners would love to have 300 HP but it is just not cost effective. I always figured if I get the HP bug I will trade up to a newer 911 or Caymen. My wife would love it if I sold my 911 and bought a new Caymen S. I just have this aversion to car payments and I don't see sinking THAT much money into a car that would drop like a stone in value.
