Thought provoking question.

I can't pick just one because pistols, shotguns & rifles are so different to shoot

So...

M1911A1 - such a classic

Remington 870 Wingmaster 3" magnum, long barrel, Monte Carlo stock - somewhat pedestrian, but a trusted friend

In the "anything" category, I can't narrow it down, as there are so many I'd like to shoot someday just for the experience: Thompson M1928, PPSh 41, Ma deuce, MG 42, a classic Purdey sidelock 12ga, etc., etc.

Of course, now I'll be spending the rest of the evening checking prices and looking over old magazine copies of American Rifleman & Guns for ideas for what to buy next.......hmmmm... I always wanted an M1...

2. On my dream/project list.

Nice lemon squeezer !

With my rather large hands I prefer a full sized H&K .

I'd have to say though my favorite would have to be a local made by master gun maker that's a 50 cal flintlock muzzle-loader in cherry. It's my main deer gun. It's a real tac driver too.

I think it's way cool .

I've hunted deer off and on for around 30 years with this old Dixie Tennessee Mountain rifle. Built it from a "kit", which was a rare achievement, as the vast majority of these were sold as complete rifles. As a matter of fact, Dixie never listed a kit, and mine was acquired in a plain brown box from a local muzzle loader fanatic who had connections.

My favorite is the Smith and Wesson Bodyguard even though I need to send it back for servicing....I like carrying it with me as it is the perfect size to carry. Fits very nice in my Crossbreed IWB Mini tuck holster.....very comfortable....

But my favorite of course are my two Kimber's

Custom CDP II

and my Kimber Ultra Carry II in 40 cal

Sig 220 is my favorite;
Closely followed by my 70 series satin 1911 and the Kimber 45.

Long gun, 1903A4, a throwback tack driver.

I had a 6" nickel Python, the most accurate & smoothest trigger I've ever shot.

As far as currently owned. Probably my S&W 4013TSW. Light, accurate, decent capacity, and easily a great CCW.
