198.8 Back on track! Now that Mrs. Mossguy's new knee is working well and she is out of knee rehab, she is cooking again. She is an excellent cook and serves big. If I can maintain my focus, enjoy good food, and pay attention, I will be a happy loser!

holy hell, almost embarrassed to post this. back up to 267.2. was at 260 a week ago when I was sick and didn't eat the entire day, but a few days of bad (but oh so good) food thanks to a few bad days at work reversed it all. no more fast food for a while, back on the diet we go.
