Yep. Hopefully the dubbed version is good. In Riders of Justice, the dubbed version sucked.

I dont think it is dubbed. English seemed natural to me.

I'm thinking it's dubbed.

Well, that sure went a lot farther than I expected! Not bad.

Wheelman (2017) - A tightly written and executed film that grabbed me from its quiet beginning. Then it takes off and things get complicated... but in a good way. Never a dull moment and some great performances.

Don't watch the trailer, just turn off all the lights and be ready for a tense, fun ride. I don't usually go for "tense" in movies, but this one reeled me in.

And there's some sweet 911 action in the last bit.

Anybody watching Queen of the South on Netflix. It's a narco, cartel, drug drama.
4 seasons, stars Alice Braga as the lead character. Takes a while to develop but
pretty good especially the 4th season.

I’ve watched close to 500 movies in the past 2 years.
Everything from the classics that I had already seen in the distant past that are of course great movies (Godfather movies, Gone With the Wind, etc) to regular Hollywood garbage throwaways.
My biggest surprise:
Vanilla Sky.
Loved it. Ended up rewatching it more times than I care to admit.

Jojo Rabbit

Very entertaining and funny too, really enjoyed this film from the New Zealand director Taika Waititi

If you enjoy it then you'll like another of his films 'Hunt for the Wilderpeople'

Racerbvd 06-29-2021 07:38 PM

Watching the Going in Style remake.

Se7in. I guess its been 20 years or more since Ive seen this. Morgan Freeman and Brad Pitt are great together in this twisted story.

Hitmans wifes bodygaurd. Absurd humor, action and Salma Hayek bouncing her boobs and out cursing Sam Jackson. Did I mention Salmas boobs ?

JackDidley 07-12-2021 11:00 AM

No sudden move. Its 1954 and there is corporate double crossing going on. In fact every person in this movie is double crossing somebody. Some really good actors but the story is so mixed up its hard to follow. It does have a cool ending.

Racerbvd 07-12-2021 01:14 PM

Grand Prix is on TCM right now.

JackDidley 07-12-2021 05:12 PM

The God committee. A melodrama for sure. Story is not bad. Just not my cup of tea.

Racerbvd 07-12-2021 05:24 PM

The original King Kong is on, earlier the 70s King Kong was on.
