Philip Stone was also in Barry Lyndon, making three consecutive Kubrick films. I noticed that when I was looking up Joe Turkel, who played the bartender Lloyd. He was also in Kubrick's The Killing and Paths of Glory. I really liked him as Eldon Tyrell in Blade Runner.

On TCM right now....from 1958 and John Ford directed "The Last Hurrah". Starring Spencer Tracy and also featuring Ken Curtis - who was also in Ford's "The Searchers".

Ken Curtis - before he took the Gunsmoke role of "Festus". Great actor...maybe even underrated (?)

Not a movie but on H&I a great Star Trek episode coming on...."All Our Yesterdays" with Mariette Hartley as Zarabeth......

Just starting on INSP.....one of my favs......Jack Lemmon and Glenn Ford in "Cowboy".

Lemmon's character in this one is fantastic.

Where has this movie been all my life?

Watched "The Spy Who Came in from the Cold" with Richard Burton the other night. Kind of a depressing ending but still a good movie.

Watched "The Wrong Missy" on Netflix. Doesn't seem to have great ratings but it had me laughing the whole time. Give it a look.
