Poor, beat down, emasculated 'Millenials'...

Watching TV for the first time in years, so much has changed!!

Last night, within two hours I heard: "now go back to your desk!(while the 30 something man almost made a 'curtsy' in submission, slinking back to his hole).

"sit down!" "Go!"...amongst other quip's. Must be a lot of jilted woman in the target audience(who identify with this shyte) who can relate.

Just like "Married with Children" was(and is still) a mirror reflection of a highly dysfunctional "family unit", the new and not-so-improved 21st Century American male doesn't know who or what he is.

Hahaha! It certainly seems better to me to not watch the TV.

Virtually every sitcom has a total stupid white male. The very existence of a heterosexual intelligent capable "normal" hard working MAN is an anathema to TV sitcoms. Only a white male can be a total blithering idiot although he usually has a heart of gold. The Tim Taylor type or the Homer Simpson type.

Disclaimer: I have not watched any any TV sitcoms since Seinfeld. I doubt much has changed. I only watch a few science shows and the car shows on Velocity, History, BBC America and a few others. Almost never the big networks.

Here lately, it seems every single show out there needs to have a gay person on hand to push Hollywood's agenda. My wife watches all the dramas and I end up leaving the room when I see two guys kissing.

My wife tells me of a storyline in "Scandal" that is between a much older man and a younger man. Evidently they get a fair amount of screen time with much of it spent tongue wrasslin. I am watching reruns of Wheeler Dealers. At least Ed and the other guy only go for a ride in the car at the end of the show.

Of course a generation of kids raised on Ritalin, psycho-tropic drugs, Pepsi, TV Dinners, absentee parent(s) rising children like feral dogs...wtf was anyone expecting to come out of this...healthy functioning adults?

Of course, one could subscribe to self-medicate on different substances to form the new 'reality'.

Not everyone lives in that world you appear to "see." But feel free to keep replaying that narrative in your mind.

Why do you believe greater than 85% of Americans don't even have a passport?

Maybe it's because we believe the world doesn't exist beyond our borders...like "World Series"...or NFL Super Bowl commentators proclaiming "World Champions!", except someone forgot there is a world beyond our backyard.

Let's head down to the clinic...and buy a few g's...I need some altered reality and some new perspective on what I "see".

I share your opinion but be careful, some would say that this is evidence of a gay agenda!

Actually, the emasculation of the heterosexual male began some time ago and too many young men have modeled themselves on the emasculated version believing that is how men ought to be. I have had a large number of younger people work for me and have on a significant occasion had young women ask me where all the "real" men....the young men of their age seem not to be as they expect them to be, but rather too much Tim Taylor and Homer Simpson and not enough John Glenn and Ranulph Fiennes

Reality suggests otherwise, and why the world in general is quite happy to accept that there are inherent behavioural gender differences between Ferdinand the Bull and Bessie the Cow but somehow in humans this has to be studiously ignored.

What exactly is a .... sitcom?

I'm familiar with sports, documentaries and "reality based" shows where they kill animals ......

millenial males can't support the family, walt cleaver style.
millenial women have evolved as well and require a lot more than money to make them happy.
