There was something really flammable in those all metal units.

Considering most are packed with cardboard, furniture, and clothes. All of that crap burns well and most people pack it in tight.

Glad you did not have any p cars in there ! That would be a horrible way to loose them .
I burn a lot of stuff that I clean out of the rentals . I am always amazed at how easily and how fast that stuff burns.

Glad you didn't lose anything Baz. It would be a shame to lose your P-cars along with what was probably 90% junk.

^^ My thoughts too, would have really put a dent in Christmas to have those beauties lost to fire. Whew!

Nice collection, that is slowly coming to light here, plus there is a 356 around there somewhere too I believe, good eye for keepers!

Last summer (2015) some old dude lost the key to his storage unit. Couldn't get the lock off with a bolt cutter or a saw, so he tried a torch, ended up setting the damn thing on fire.
