As Chris notes, do the checks including oil consumption verification. If the compression/leakdown is good and oil use is ok, drive and enjoy. Plan on a rebuild sometime in the future.

That makes sense, $8500 for labor. That is probably the going rate in the US as well.

Hi Luka, Just saw this post after you PMed me. I suggest this simple test to see if the smoke reduces some.
- Get engine fully warm - With engine running at idle, OIL LEVEL ALWAYS CHECKED AT IDLE ENGINE RUNNING. - Check oil level on the dip stick - Add/Remove oil till you are between the low mark and only 1/4 on the dip stick. I'm just suggesting to not overfill the tank much above the low mark. Also remove the black 90deg rubber boot from between the TB and the AFM. Is the inside of that boot very oily? It should not be. And with the boot removed, open the throttle blade, is the backside of the blade very oily? Report back the findings.
